Here at Winchester Rugby Club we pride ourselves on a flexible approach to any function, We have the ability to host all kinds of meetings, seminars and parties. We regularly cater for parties with finger buffets to Chilli and Curry dishes, we host midday three course lunches for two of the Winchester area Probus Clubs and prepare meals for our own VP’s and Supporters Lunches prior to the home matches. With Three rooms available, to cover events from 6 to 220 people with or without bar facilities we can adapt to most needs. You will find our rates more than reasonable and friendly approach pleasing.

For the Special Event we can arrange to expand our services and capacity by including a Marquee and recommending several out side caterers. Summer Balls, Family Fun Days, Company Summer Sports days, and Bar-B-Qs are regular bookings along with supporting Charity Cycle events, all from one location Winchester Rugby Club.
